The "ARCR", the Association of Residents of Costa Rica, is a 20 year old non profit organization formed to assist the foreign community with residency applications, importation, general Costa Rica law etc.  Insurance programs are available including medical and property. 

 The ARCR is also the voice of the foreign community representing our interests to the federal government.
